Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9-inch pie plate with pie crust.
- In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs; mix well. Add corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla. Stir in the oats. Pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 45 minutes or until center is just set. Cool completely before slicing.
