Ingredients
- 1 cold egg
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt, or less to taste
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (lemon juice could be substituted)
- 1 cup vegetable oil (approximately)
Directions
- Break egg into a blender, cover and blend on high for 30 seconds. Add mustard, salt, paprika, and vinegar (or lemon juice). Blend 15 seconds. Add oil very slowly while blending on high. Sauce will begin to thicken after about 1/2 cup of
