Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup green chilies
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Splenda Granular
- 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 3/4 cups low-fat buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add buttermilk, oil, eggs. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 8 × 8 inch baking pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
