Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- several dashes of hot sauce
- 6 hard taco shells, crisped according to package
- 2 cups thinly sliced green-leaf lettuce
- 2 cups (1 packet) Ready-to-Go Beef Taco Filling, thawed and reheated
- 12 grape tomatoes, halved

Mix together the sour cream, salsa, and hot sauce to make a dressing.

To assemble the tacos, fill the taco shells as full as you can with shredded lettuce. Then spoon on the warm taco meat, add tomatoes and spoon on plenty of dressing.
