Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 8 oz thin Chinese noodles, cooked according to package
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions

Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for a couple of minutes, until it starts to soften.

Add the carrots and half the green onions, then stir and let the veggies cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes more. Then add the noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss it together, then add the rest of the green onions and toss them in. Serve hot.
