Ingredients
- 1 CURE 81 Ham
- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves in syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter (optional)
Directions
- Prepare ham according to package label directions.
- In blender or food processor, blend canned apricots, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until smooth.
- Pour mixture into medium saucepan; add dried apricots. Bring mixture to boil, stirring and cook until thickened (2 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in butter.
- Pour sauce into serving bowl to spoon over ham slices.
