Sesame-Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • Garnish: chopped green onion

Directions

  1. Stir together 4 ingredients.
  2. Coat food rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350- 400 degrees)
  3. Place chicken on rack; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done, basting often with sauce mixture. Garnish, if desired.
