Sesame-Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- Garnish: chopped green onion
Directions
- Stir together 4 ingredients.
- Coat food rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350- 400 degrees)
- Place chicken on rack; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done, basting often with sauce mixture. Garnish, if desired.
