Spinach Salad with Sweet Parsley Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 910oz.) pkg. fresh baby spinach
- 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- Sweet Parsley Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss. Drizzle with Sweet Parsley Dressing, tossing gently to coat.

- Whisk together all ingredients; chill mixture 20 minutes.
