Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients, serve with tortilla chips
