Sweet-Tart Lemonade

about 2 lbs. of lemons equals 2 cups juice.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 cups Sugar Syrup
- 1 3/4 to 2 ups fresh lemon juice
- Sugar Syrup:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients until well blended; serve over ice.

Sugar Syrup:
- Stir together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute of until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool.
