Pork Kabobs with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless Pork loin, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  1. Thread pork loin slices evenly onto 8 (6-inch)
  2. skewers, and brush with sesame oil.

  3. Stir together soy sauce and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Grill pork kabobs, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 3 to 4 minutes on each side, brushing often with soy sauce mixture.
