Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- several dashes of hot sauce
- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 12 mini sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
- 2 cups julienned carrots
- 2 cups cilantro leaves
Directions

Combine the mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Whisk it together until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired.

Throw the cabbages, sweet peppers, and carrots into a large bowl. Pour on three-quarters of the dressing and toss everything to coat. Season the slaw with salt and pepper, if needed.

Add the cilantro at the very end, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
