Seared Tuna with Olive-Rosemary Pesto

Ingredients
- 4 (6oz.) tuna fillets
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cu butter or margarine
- Olive-Rosemary Pesto:
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Sprinkle tuna fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add tuna, and cook 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with Olive-Rosemary Pesto.

- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
