Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cans pineapple chunks ( in heavy syrup)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tubes crushed Town House crackers
- 2 sticks melted butter
Directions
- Heat oven to350 degrees.
- Drain 3 cans of pineapple. Place the drained pineapple along with the contains of the remaining can into a large baking pan. Combine sugar and flour and pour over pineapple. Spread shredded cheese over pineapple. Cover cheese with crushed Town House crackers. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
