Madarin Ham Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups 1-inch ham slices
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except ham in wok. Heat; cook 5 minutes. Add ham, stir-fry to ham through. Serve immediately.
