- 6 slices bacon
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into wide strips
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, halved
- 10 oz Philadelphia Cooking Creme

In a nonstick skillet, cook the bacon until almost crisp. Add the chicken and cook, turning once, until cooked through and browned, 4-5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the tomatoes and sea salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine. Add the creme and simmer until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes.
