Ingredients
- 6 thick pork chops
- 1 fully cooked chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

In a large nonstick skillet, brown the chops on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the chorizo to the pan and brown.

Add the cherry tomatoes, toss with the chorizo and fry for 3 minutes. Add the broth, stir well, and simmer for 2 3 minutes more.

Return the pork to the pan and simmer in the sauce until the pork is tender and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
