Creamy Pesto Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spinach fettuccine
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto

Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine.

  2. Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, cook the chicken until golden. Stir in the cream and basil pesto and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add the fettuccine, mix well, and serve warm.
