- 1 lb spinach fettuccine
- 1 lb chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine.

Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, cook the chicken until golden. Stir in the cream and basil pesto and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add the fettuccine, mix well, and serve warm.
