Philly 3-step Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.)pkg. Philly Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. single serve prepared graham cracker crusts (12 crusts)
- Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- Assorted tiny candies
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
- Pour into crusts placed on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours

or overnight. Top with whipped topping and decorate with candies just before serving.

Variation: Candy cane: Add 1/2 cup finely crushed peppermint candies to batter. Substitute 1 (6 oz. or 9-inch) prepared graham cracker crumb crust for one pie. Bake 40 minutes. Garnish with whipped topping and mini candy canes.
