Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak
- 1 cup onion wedges
- 1 cup fresh mango chunks
- 1 cup red pepper chunks
- 3/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers

Cut meat into 1-inch cubes. Thread meat and each of the fruits and vegetables alternately onto skewers. Place in shallow dish.

Pour dressing over kabobs; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through and veggies are crisp-tenders, turning occasionally.
