Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups shiitake mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 2 head chopped broccoli
- vegetable oil
- sesame seeds
- thinly sliced red jalapeno
Directions

Whisk soy sauce and rice vinegar with sesame oil and honey; season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice mushrooms and shallot; add to the dressing. Toss broccoli with vegetable oil; cook on a hot grill pan, 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with the dressing, some sesame seeds and jalapeno.
