Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Frosting:
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Cream together margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into large greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cake from oven and immediately cover with marshmallows. Press marshmallows into cake. When melted, cover with frosting.

For frosting:
- Mix ingredients until smooth. Swirl frosting over melted marshmallows to obtain muddy look.
