Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp fried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 4 (8 oz.) rib-eye steaks
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub over steaks. Let stand 1 hour.
- Grill, covered wit grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) 7 minutes. Turn steaks, and grill 5 more minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
