Ingredients
- chicken pieces and other vegetables
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 p maple syrup
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T powdered, dried rosemary
- 2 t dry mustard powder
- 1-1/2 t sea salt
- fresh rosemary, to garnish optional
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in 9″ × 13″ baking dish, or similar size.

In a blender/small bowl, puree together all ingredients: oil, syrup, vinegar, dried rosemary, mustard, and sea salt. Pour sauce evenly over chicken pieces, coating each.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until juices run clear when poked deeply with a sharp knife.
