Lynn’s N’Orleans Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. medium or large shrimp, shell-on
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- French bread, for serving (see note)
Directions
- In a large skillet sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add garlic and saute 1 minute more. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco, Serve the bread for sopping up the sauce.

Note: Glover likes to serve the shrimp with crusty French bread that has been butrtered and sprinkled with garlic powder and baked until crispy.
