Ingredients

  • 2 Atlantic Salmon Fillets
  • 1.5 Tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger paste
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander

Directions

  1. Place the fish in a foil-lined grill pan.

  2. Grill 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  3. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, olive oil, Tabasco, ginger, onion and coriander in a small microwave-safe bowl.

  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once.

  5. Remove fish from the grill. Transfer to a plate, then pour half the soy sauce mixture over each piece of fish.
