Ingredients
- 2 Atlantic Salmon Fillets
- 1.5 Tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Tabasco Sauce, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger paste
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander
Directions

Place the fish in a foil-lined grill pan.

Grill 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, olive oil, Tabasco, ginger, onion and coriander in a small microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once.

Remove fish from the grill. Transfer to a plate, then pour half the soy sauce mixture over each piece of fish.
