Ingredients
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chopped rosemary
- 4 ears of corn
Directions

Mix butter, garlic, paprika and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

Boil corn in salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the corn and dot with the spiced butter.
