Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp pesto
- fresh ricotta, for topping
Directions

Bring potatoes to a boil in a pot of salted water. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes; drain. Melt butter and milk in the same pot; add pesto and the potatoes. Lightly smash with a potato masher. Top with fresh ricotta.
