Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) container mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. (Do not use an electric mixer.)

  2. makes about 1 1/2 cups
