Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
- 2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2-3 cups red and green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted in a small skillet until golden brown
- A small handful of fresh dill, minced
- Sandwich bread, crossiants or wraps
Directions

First, stir together the mayo, yogurt, and half-and-half. Add the lemon juice, sugar, and some salt and pepper. Stir this together and set it aside for a minute.

Throw the chicken, celery, green onions and grapes into a bowl. Pour 3/4 of the dressing over the top. Toss it together, then toss in the slivered almonds. Add the fresh dill. Give it a final toss and add more dressing.

Wrap it is some bread and serve.
