Simply Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 oz thin noodles, such as angel hair or lo mein
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili oil
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. While the noodles are cooking, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hot chili oil, canola oil and 1/4 cup water. Stir it together and pour it over the warm noodles.

  3. Toss to coat all the noodles then toss in the sliced green onions. You can eat this immediately or refrigerate and enjoy as a cold salad.
