Ingredients
- His Burgers:
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and halved
- 2 thick slices Cheddar cheese
- 8 jarred jalapeno slices
- Her Burgers:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp pesto (from Pesto pasta recipe)
- 1 medium red onion, sliced and sauteed in 1 tbsp butter until golden brown
- 8 oz button mushrooms, sauteed in 1 tbsp butter until golden brown
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Meat Mixture:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 5 dashes Worcestershire
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 8-10 burger buns
Directions

For His Burgers, chop the chipotle peppers. Place them in a dish with the mayo and stir to combine. Set aside.

For Her Burgers, place the mayo and pesto in a bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.

For the meat mixture, add the meat, salt and pepper to a bowl. Add the cream, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Mix together until well combined. Form into 8-10 patties.

Grill them until they’re no longer pink the middle.

To build His burgers, top each patty with bacon and melt the cheese on top. Top with the jalapeno slices and spread the top and bottom with a generous amount of chipotle may.

To build Her Burgers, spread both sides of the bun with the pesto mayo. Top the patty with caramelized red onion, sauteed mushrooms and crumbled blue cheese.
