Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Butter
- 8 to 10 slices bread
- 6 to 8 oz. sliced corned beef
- 8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
- 6 to 8 oz. sliced turkey
Directions
- Combine kraut and mayonnaise and mix well. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Arrange corned beef, cheese and turkey on half of the buttered bread. Top turkey with about 1/3 cup kraut mixture. Close sandwiches with remaining bread.
