Ingredients
- 1 lb lean stew meat
- 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
- 1 tsp dried red chilies
- 2 cups water
Directions

Brown stew meat in frying pan with pam, then transfer to a crock pot.

Mix together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, red chilies and water. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.

Add broccoli, carrots and scallions, mix well and cover for another 15-30 minutes.
