Ingredients
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 2 lb boneless, skinless, fat removed chicken breasts
- 1 sweet onion
- low calorie whole-wheat hamburger buns
Directions

Rinse chicken breasts and place in crock pot.

Slice onion and lay it on top of chicken.

Pour in barbecue sauce.

Cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Shred chicken with a fork and knife.

Serve on low calorie whole-wheat buns.
