Ingredients
- 4 cups diced or crushed tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tsp stevia or other zero calorie sweetener
Directions

Puree tomatoes, onion, celery, carrot, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor.

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
