Ingredients
- 15 meatballs, quartered
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup Garbanzo beans
- 1 cup chopped, fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mini Quinoa shells
Directions

Add everything to the crock pot, cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Add quinoa shells the last hour of cooking.
