Ingredients
- 8 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chives
Directions

Combine potatoes, onion, chicken broth, water, cream of chicken soup, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder into a crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Add cream cheese and mix up well. Serve hot and garnish with bacon bits and chives.
