Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 lb whole chicken
  • 1 lb carrots, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Season chicken breast in a large bag with all the seasoning. Marinate in fridge for an hour or over night.

  2. Add carrots and onions to crock pot and pour in 1/2 cup water. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
