Ingredients
- 3 lb whole chicken
- 1 lb carrots, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

Season chicken breast in a large bag with all the seasoning. Marinate in fridge for an hour or over night.

Add carrots and onions to crock pot and pour in 1/2 cup water. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
