Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. hearth Club Corn Starch
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
- In a saucepan, stir together sugar and corn starch. Add water gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes and remove from heat. Add butter and stir until butter is melted. Add lemon juice and nutmeg.
- Serve over gingerbread, pound cake, or steamed of baked puddings.
