Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Few grains of salt
- 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Mix together egg yolk, orange rind and juice, vanilla and salt.
- Add sugar gradually, stirring until of spreading consistency.
- Spread between layers and on top of cake.
