Orange Sections with Chocolate and Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
- 3 oranges, sectioned and well drained
- 12 butter, sugar or shortbread cookies
- 6 (1 oz.) semisweet chocolate squares, melted
Directions
- Process raspberries and preserves in a blender until smooth. Pour puree through a fine wire-mesh strainer, if desired, pressing with the back of a spoon; discard seeds. Chill.
- Place orange sections and cookies on wax paper; drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand until dry.
- Spoon raspberry sauce onto individual dessert plates; arrange orange sections and cookies on top.
