Ingredients
- 5 cups seeded and chopped cucumbers
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

Puree chopped cucumber, yogurt, dill, mint, lemon juice and garlic in a blender, then season with salt and pepper; chill until ready to serve.

Garnish servings with diced cucumber, yogurt and dill sprigs.
