Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box spike cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cinnamon-flavored coffee creamer
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream cheese frosting
- 1/4 cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers
Directions
- Prepare cupcakes according to package directions, replacing water with coffee creamer. Frost cooled cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
