Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Greek seasoning or herbes de Provence
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 skinned and boned chicken thighs
Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 4 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Place chicken on a lightly greased rack in an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
