Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mashed overripe banana
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Directions

Whisk butter with brown sugar, yogurt, banana and chocolate chips, eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and ginger; whisk in the banana mixture.

Divide among 12 lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 until golden and a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
