Roasted Pepper-Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 6 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 24 French bread slices, toasted
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients; spoon 1 heaping Tbsp. over each toasted bread slice.
