- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach drained well
- olive oil
- scallions
- onion
- feta
- Romano cheese
- 6 eggs
- 5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 4 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 lb phyllo pastry
- melted butter
Directions

Thaw and drain spinach well

Brown onion and scallions in oil and butter

add spinach and spices

In a bowl, add beaten eggs, cheeses

Combine with spinach.

Prepare phyllo. Add spinach mixture.

Brush with butter

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven
