Chive Yogurt Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking mix such as Bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup whole or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh chives

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the baking mix, pepper, yogurt, milk and chives. Using your hands, press mixture into a ball. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead
  3. 5 times. Press or pat dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into circles using a biscuit cutter in a straight down and up motion; do not twist cutter. Arrange biscuits, not touching, on the prepared baking sheet. Bake, rotating pan halfway through, 10 to 12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
