Ingredients
- 6 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Garnishes: chopped red and yellow bell peppers
Directions
- Place avocados in a bowl; mash, leaving small pieces. Stir in juice until blended. Stir in tomato and next 4 ingredients. Cover tightly with plastic wrap; chill 30 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
